Standard Terms and Conditions

All sales are made under the standard terms and conditions outlined in this document. Any modifications to these standard terms must be approved in writing by Kleers USA LLC (Kleers).


Kleers USA LLC reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Placing an Order

There are a couple of ways to order from Essex:

When will my credit card be charged?

Kleers USA LLC will authorize your credit card at the time of order. An authorization is a temporary hold on the funds. We will finalize the charge when the item ships.

Cancel An Order

You can cancel an order at any time prior to shipment by calling 707-935-8380 from 9AM to 5PM Pacific Time Monday through Friday.

Backordered Products

What if the product I ordered is not in stock?

Our goal is to keep our entire product range on the shelf. However, there are times when we have to wait for a product to arrive from the UK factory. All products on the order that are in stock will ship immediately. If a product you ordered is not in stock, it will be placed on backorder status, and you will be notified via email with an estimated ship date. All backordered products on your order will then be shipped as soon as they become available, and we’ll do our best to keep you informed if a manufacturer changes their estimated arrival date for a backordered product.

Kleers USA LLC accepts payment by:

Sales Tax

Kleers LLC is required by law to charge state sales tax on all items shipping to California. In other states where we don't collect sales tax, it is the customer's responsibility to assure that all appropriate taxes are paid.

Merchandise Return

All returns must be shipped to Kleers USA LLC via prepaid freight. Prior to returning any goods, Buyer must obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number from Kleers USA LLC, and it must be clearly displayed on the return shipment. Returned merchandise must be in as-new condition, in original, unopened and undamaged packaging, and available for immediate resale. Credit will not be issued for any product that has been opened, installed, used, or manipulated in any manner. Such items will be returned to Buyer at Buyer's expense. A restocking fee of 15% may be assessed on any returns, solely at the discretion of Kleers.
